Reports
Click the Reports tab to open the report picker. Select a report, set your filters, and run it to get a PDF you can print, download, or email.
Date range vs. as-of date
Reports use one of two filter types:
- Date range: shows activity that happened between two dates. Used for P&L, payment history, and anything where you want to see what occurred in a period.
- As-of date: shows a snapshot of the data as it stood on that date. Used for Rent Roll, AR Aging, Available Units, and similar point-in-time reports.
What each report is for
When you select a report, a short description appears at the top of the panel explaining what it shows and when to use it. The reports are grouped into seven categories: Financial, Rent & Receivables, Invoices & Statements, Leases & Vacancies, Deposits, Tenants, and Work Orders.
Running, printing, and emailing
Click Run Report to generate the PDF. From the preview you can print, download, or email it. The email option lets you send directly to one tenant or bulk-email every tenant in the report, each receiving their own copy. See Documents for how bulk email works.
Negative numbers
Reports show negative amounts in accounting format: (450.00) instead of -450.00. Parentheses mean negative.
